1) Dispense an adequate amount of toner into the palm of your hand and gently press it onto your face, allowing it to absorb.

Tips:
*To minimize spillage, saturate cotton pads with the toner and then apply them to your face.
*Create an ultra-hydrating face mask by using multiple soaked cotton pads. Apply them to your face and leave on for 10 minutes before discarding.
