We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Standard Shipping

  • Free standard shipping is available on all orders with a subtotal over R1000, after any discounts or promotions are applied.
  • flat shipping fee of R100 applies to orders under R1000.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Please note: These timeframes refer to transit times only and do not include processing time.

  • Cape Town: 1–2 business days
  • Johannesburg, Pretoria & other major metropolitan areas: 2–3 business days
  • Rural and outlying areas: 3–5 business days
  • Express Delivery (Major Cities Only): 1-2 business days

Express Delivery:

  • Available at a flat rate of R190, regardless of order value.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be dispatched on the following business day.
  • This service is subject to courier availability and may not be available in all regions.

High-Risk Delivery Areas

Certain delivery addresses are classified as high-risk areas by our courier partners and may incur a delivery surcharge above our standard delivery fee of R100.

If your address falls within a high-risk area:

  • You may opt for collection at a The Courier Guy kiosk or provide an alternative delivery address in a safer location.
  • For orders below R2000, an additional delivery fee may apply. Should this be the case, we will contact you via email to arrange payment before dispatch.
  • For larger orders, we typically absorb this surcharge; however, during promotional periods or on smaller orders, this may not be possible due to reduced margins

Orders will remain on hold until the additional delivery fee is settled or an alternative delivery option is confirmed.

Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery Addresses

To ensure timely and successful delivery, please ensure that your delivery address is complete, accurate and detailed at checkout. This includes, where applicable:

  • Estate or complex name
  • Unit or apartment number
  • House number
  • Street name and suburb
  • Postal / ZIP code

We make every effort to support a smooth and successful delivery; however, delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided at checkout are unfortunately beyond our control.

Once your order is placed, it enters our processing queue immediately to ensure fast dispatch. As a result, cancellations, changes or modifications may not be possible after confirmation.Please ensure that all order and delivery details are accurate before completing checkout to avoid any delays or issues.
