Shipping & Delivery
Free standard shipping is available for all orders with a subtotal greater than R1000 after any promotions or discounts are applied. A flat rate of R80 is applied to all orders below R1000.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Orders are delivered in 3-5 business days from the shipping date. Please note that delivery times do not include order processing times.
Next Business Day Delivery (Available ONLY for major cities and metropolitan areas)
For orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays, we offer a next business day delivery option. Regardless of the order amount, this service is available at a flat rate of R140. Please note that next business day delivery is subject to courier availability and delivery restrictions in certain areas.
Once your order has been placed, we immediately initiate processing to ensure it gets to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this means that we unable make any modifications to your order.
