Standard Shipping

• Free standard shipping is available on all orders with a subtotal over R1000, after any discounts or promotions are applied.
• A flat shipping fee of R80 applies to orders under R1000.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Please note: These timeframes refer to transit times only and do not include processing time.

• Cape Town: 1–2 business days
• Johannesburg, Pretoria & other major metropolitan areas: 2–3 business days
• Rural and outlying areas: 3–5 business days

Next Business Day Delivery (Major Cities Only)

For eligible areas, we offer next business day delivery on orders placed before 12:00 (midday) on weekdays.

• Available at a flat rate of R160, regardless of order value.
• This service is subject to courier availability and may not be available in all regions.
