Manufacturer's Warranty

The MOEV Hair Steamer Pro main body is covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the shipment date.

The warranty covers malfunctions that occur during normal use and are determined to fall within the manufacturer's warranty terms. Repairs outside the warranty period may incur a charge.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, incorrect storage, unauthorised modifications or repairs, failure to follow the user manual, or oil leakage associated with the cartridge.

Please note: Oil leakage may occur due to temperature fluctuations or improper storage. Store cartridges according to the manufacturer's instructions and handle them carefully.
