The serum itself fine, but i was sold a bottle that was only a quarter full. I tried bringing this matter up with the seller, but they defended themselves to the moon & back, & in the process highly insulted me & treated me like i was a 2 year old child who does not know the difference between when a product bottle is empty or not. Eventually I had to accept i threw almost R500 down the drain.

In response to the concern regarding the fill level, a brand-new bottle from the same batch was carefully measured and confirmed to contain the full 30 ml as specified by the manufacturer. For transparency, a video demonstration of this measurement process was shared. This step was taken to thoroughly verify the concern and to ensure that, had any discrepancy been identified, it could be promptly escalated to both the supplier and the manufacturer. No discrepancy was identified.
Although the product met all manufacturer specifications, we extended a 50% store credit as a goodwill gesture in an effort to reach an amicable resolution, which was declined.
