How to use

1) Wash and thoroughly dry your feet. Ensure they are completely dry for optimal adhesion.
2) Remove the patch from the packaging. Peel off both paper backings and the white protective film in the center.
3) Place the longer side of the heel patch horizontally on the sole of your foot, then wrap the winged sides securely around the back of the heel.
4) Apply the patch to the desired area and leave it on for at least 2 hours. For deeper moisturising, apply the patch before bedtime and remove it in the morning.
