The A-Control Azelaic Acid Toner by NINE LESS is a multifunctional exfoliating toner designed to refine texture, even out skin tone and control excess oil while keeping the skin hydrated and soothed. Formulated with Azelaic Acid, AHAs and Niacinamide, this lightweight toner helps target blemishes, dullness and unevenness for a clearer, more radiant complexion.

How to use

1) After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with a moderate amount of toner and gently swipe across the face, neck, and décolletage.
2) Avoid the eye area.
3) Alternatively, dispense toner into your hands and gently pat into the skin until fully absorbed.
