Join Our Team: E-Commerce Operations Assistant (Part-Time)

📍 Southern Suburbs, Cape Town
Potential to grow into a full-time role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as we expand.

Schedule:

• 1–3 days per week
• Must be available on Mondays, plus 1–2 additional days (flexible and pre-arranged)

Requirements:

• Based in the Southern Suburbs
• Exceptionally well-organised and detail-oriented
• A quick learner with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Capable of multitasking while maintaining accuracy and focus
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality work
• Ambitious, self-motivated and eager to grow with the business
• Own transport (for occasional courier drop-offs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing and fulfilling customer orders
• Managing, organising and arranging stock efficiently
• Receiving, unpacking and inspecting incoming shipments
• Maintaining a clean and structured work area
• Occasional courier drop-offs
